Price List (Weekly Rates)
The prices are inclusive of the tourist tax and VAT:

– January: € 4,000
– February: € 4,000
– March: € 4,500
– April: € 5,500
– May: € 7,000
– June: € 8,800
– July: € 10,000
– August: € 10,000
– September: € 8,800
– October: € 7,500
– November: € 4,000
– December: € 4,000

Promotion:
During high season (June to August), for stays of 2 weeks or more, we offer a 10% discount. Additionally, a 10% discount is available for weekly stays throughout the rest of the year.

**Minimum Stay**:
– High season (June to August): Minimum 7 nights
– Low season (September to May): Minimum 3 nights

Booking Confirmation
To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required. The final balance must be paid 60 days before your arrival. The deposit payment can be made via bank transfer. A security deposit of €1,000 is required, to be paid one week prior to your arrival. This deposit will be refunded 3 days after check-out, unless there are any damages or losses to the property, which will be deducted from the deposit.

Cancellation Policy
– 60 days before arrival: 50% refund of the deposit.
– Less than 60 days before arrival: no refund.

Arrival and Departure Conditions
– Check-in: (June to August, Saturday)
– Arrival Time: from 15:00 to 20:00
– Departure Time: by 11:00
